Striped Bass Bonanza on Lake Pleasant

What a day out on the water! I had the pleasure of taking Maikel Hernandez on a 3-21 make up trip with No Limit Fishing, and it was an absolute blast. The weather was clear and calm all day, perfect for getting out on Lake Pleasant Regional Park and targeting some Striped bass.

We started off the morning jigging and trolling, covering different depths to find the active fish. It didn't take long before Maikel's rod bent over hard - he'd hooked into a nice Striped bass that put up a great fight. We landed that one, then shifted to some deep sea fishing, working the structure for more. The bite was steady, and Maikel stayed dialed in, setting the hook and landing fish after fish. We mixed in some light tackle action too, trying different presentations to keep the fish interested.

By the end of the day, we'd put together a nice catch of quality Striped bass. Maikel was all smiles, clearly having a great time out on the water. That's what these trips are all about - getting away from it all, enjoying the day, and hopefully coming home with some delicious fish. I'm really glad we were able to make it happen and put Maikel on the bite.
