Stripers and Largemouth Deliver Nonstop Action at Scenic Lake Pleasant
What a day we had out on the water at Lake Pleasant in Peoria, Arizona! The action was nonstop. March is a prime time for bass fishing here at Lake Pleasant, with the warming waters bringing the stripers into a feeding frenzy. The weather was a bit iffy to start, with some early morning rain, but by the time we hit the water at 7 AM, the clouds had parted, and we had partly cloudy skies for the rest of the day.
The fish were biting aggressively, and it didn't take long before we started hooking into some nice Striped bass. These hard-fighting fish put up a great battle, stripping line and making powerful runs. The lake was in great shape, with good water clarity that allowed us to spot baitfish and target the bass accordingly.
The fishing was consistent all day, with us landing over 40 fish in total. It was just one of those trips where everything seemed to come together - the weather, the water conditions, the fish activity, and of course, the great company. Between the laughs, the friendly competition, and the steady action, it was an all-around incredible day on the water. There's nothing like the thrill of feeling a big fish hit your line and watching it come up to the boat, especially when you're surrounded by good friends.
